Delivery and payment

After placing your order, we begin to carefully complete the products you have bought. This stage usually takes about 2 - 3 business days and ends with sending the products by courier to the address provided by you. The delivery time is 1-2 business days. The order fulfillment time may be up to 14 business days.

Attention! Due to increased security procedures in order picking, the delivery time may be longer. We make every effort to ensure that the ordered products reach you on time.

PLN 20 - domestic orders worth PLN 499 and less

PLN 0 - domestic orders exceeding PLN 500

PLN 60 - orders delivered to European Union member states

280 PLN - orders delivered outside the territory of the European Union

120 PLN - orders delivered to Malta and Cyprus

Shipment to UK suspended.

 

Payment

We proceed to the execution of the order after you have made the payment.

Online payments are made through the tpay operator.
